Graduated in electronic engineering from Politecnico di Milano, MBA from Tuck School of Business in Dartmouth and master’s degree from SDA Bocconi. He began his career in Unicredit, where he held project management positions, working in Milan, Warsaw, Prague and Munich. He then became a Principal in the Boston Consulting Group within the Financial Institutions, Technology and Organization Practice, in the Boston and Milan offices. He continued his career at Russell Reynolds Associates, where he was Executive Director for the last 4 years and where he helped build the Technology and Organization practice in Italy and Europe. In 2022 he joined Chaberton Partners, a Board Advisory, Executive Search and Management Search firm.
