Graduated in Civil Engineering-Transport and Master in Business Administration. He has been a member of the Order of Engineers of the Province of Turin since 1980. He has many years of managerial experience in private companies in the general construction and aerospace sectors. He was Managing Director and General Attorney of Impresa Rosso S.p.A, Vice President of I.T.P Agenzia per l’attrazione degli investimenti esteri a Torino e in Piemonte, and President of MKTP – Marketing Territoriale S.r.l. In 2001, he became President of ICARUS S.c.p.A., a company set up to build and manage the Engineering Centre to support the ISS, International Space Station. He then became CEO of ALTEC S.p.A, whose shareholders are now Thales Alenia Space and ASI, the Italian Space Agency. He has served as Director of Centro Estero Internazionalizzazione Piemonte C.E.I.P. PIEMONTE, Director of SITO S.p.A interporto Torino, and CEO of ENVIRONMENT PARK S.p.A. He is founder and CEO of FMG Strategy, a strategic consulting company for companies. Since 2014 he has been a member of the Turin Aerospace District and co-inventor of the ‘Plasma Sky’ patent, development of an industrial process using Plasma gas. Since 2015, he has been President of ALTEC S.p.A.
