Luca is a Partner at EY, leading the Strategy Practice – EY Parthenon – for Eastern and Southern Central Europe, the Middle East, Sub-Saharan Africa, Central Asia, the Caucasus and India. He has 33 years of experience in strategy consulting, including 21 at McKinsey, where he led the Australian Financial Services practice and eventually the European Transformation Practice for Financial Services; during his 8 years at Accenture Strategy, he led the Australian and New Zealand practice and was part of the firm’s EXCO. Luca’s experience focuses on value creation in transformation, revenue growth, mergers and acquisitions, post-merger integration, and innovation. From an industry perspective, he has focused on financial services, private equity, and grocery.
