With a high school diploma as a commercial technician, he began his working career in 1992 in the family business and continued on the board of directors of the various group companies. In 2005, following a reorganisation of the group, the holding company Innova Group Spa was founded, in the packaging materials and container manufacturing sector, where he became managing director. He is currently a member of the general council of Confindustria Brescia as invited by the president.
