A graduate of Bocconi University in Milan, he began his career working in strategic consulting for small and medium-sized family businesses, focusing in particular on the management of generational changeover, internationalisation and trade between Italy and China, where he facilitated the opening of an office for his consulting firm. In 2015, he joined ICMA Sartorial Paper, a family business active in the creative paper sector for luxury packaging, moving from the role of Sales & Marketing Director to that of General Manager, which he currently holds. Before joining ICMA, he supported the management of CEMB, the other family business operating in the balancing and vibration analysis sector, through managerial growth paths. He has been attending the Owner/President Management Program at Harvard Business School since 2023.
