Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, MBA from Columbia University, Stefano began his career as a researcher for the Advanced Research Center on Electronic Systems – an Italian centre of excellence for microelectronic systems – and then as an analyst for Tegris LLC in New York. In 2008, he joined the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) where he held the position of Managing Director & Partner. He leads large-scale transformations for industrial energy and mobility technology OEMs focusing on energy transition and AI. Stefano is also part of the Energy practice, where he works alongside energy and utility clients to drive innovation, digitisation and the creation of new lines of business. He is responsible for Climate & Sustainability issues for the IG practice in EMC.
