Alvise Scaroni

Alvise Scaroni is Managing Director & Senior Partner and Board Member at Boston Consulting Group, covering Italy, Greece, Turkey, Israel and the Caspian region.

He leads BCG’s Consumer Products Practice for Europe, the Middle East, South America and Africa, supporting large and mid-sized FMCG clients in their digital and business transformations.

Within strategic investment projects, he has supported clients in developing digital initiatives across food & beverage and retail, including B2B e-commerce and direct-to-consumer models.

Before joining BCG, Alvise began his career in investment banking at Merrill Lynch. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and has worked and lived in several international cities, including London, New York, Chicago, Paris, Shanghai and São Paulo.

He follows the startup ecosystem with particular interest, especially in the consumer goods sector.
