Arrigo Bodda

Arrigo Bodda holds a Law degree from the University of Turin and an MBA from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland. He is an HR professional with 30 years of experience across several sectors, including FMCG, industrial, electronics and software, in both the United States and Europe. He supported the integration of a newly acquired green tech company, EnerNOC, within the ENEL Group.

As Senior Vice President of HR & Organizational Development at IGT Group, he was responsible for optimizing all Human Resources processes across the Group and redesigning its new organizational structure. In parallel, he joined one of Boston’s oldest investor clubs, Walnut Ventures Group, as an angel investor. He serves on the advisory boards of seven startups, mainly in the HR Tech sector.

More recently, he co-founded 42N Advisors, a benefit company that helps Italian entrepreneurs access the U.S. market. He is also a member of several business mentoring networks, including SCORE and CCT.
