Corrado Lucchetti

Corrado Lucchetti is a founding Partner of LRV Legal. He has been registered with the Turin Bar since 1995 and has been qualified to practise before the Supreme Courts since 2007.
His practice focuses mainly on corporate law and national and international contracts, assisting Italian and foreign clients; in particular, he has gained significant and qualified experience in commercial law, with particular regard to M&A (small cap), in real estate law and inheritance law, and in drafting contracts, especially in English, concerning, inter alia, the commercial distribution of goods, commercial agency, private works contracts, the supply of goods and services, the licensing/transfer of intellectual property and technology/know-how, as well as co-development, scientific consultancy and research & development agreements in various sectors of industrial production, with a specific focus on biotech and diagnostics.
Corrado Lucchetti is the reference professional for several companies, both Italian and foreign, including companies listed on the Italian stock exchange, for which he provides advice and assistance, in most cases taking part personally in negotiations both in Italy and abroad; he also has many years of experience in civil litigation.
For about 20 years, Corrado Lucchetti has been the main external legal counsel of the most important Italian diagnostics company, based in Saluggia.
Recently, Corrado Lucchetti handled the capital increase of Aorticlab S.r.l., subscribed by Club degli Investitori and IAG, which also involved the online equity investing platform Doorway.
He works fluently in English.
