    • Cristina Gianotti has developed two professional careers, each spanning approximately 20 years.

    The first was a managerial career in corporate organization and information systems for enterprise companies in the finance and telecommunications markets, working with multinational and national companies such as Arthur Andersen, IBM and Getronics.

    The second has been as an entrepreneur and consultant in business coaching for managers, professionals and entrepreneurs. She founded GoodGoing! Career Empowering and collaborates with Gi Group. She has published two books on work and career development: È facile cambiare lavoro se sai come fare! and Il Networking, questo sconosciuto, through a startup.

    Her interest and involvement in the startup world date back to the 1990s, when she was a manager and partner in two American IT startups entering the European market. She later co-founded a startup in managerial training and another startup focused on the silver age market.

    Recognizing the relevance of startups for the world of work, Cristina became actively involved in the ecosystem in 2013–2014 as a mentor with Réseau Entreprendre in Turin and Milan. She entered the angel investing world in 2021 through several associations, including Angels 4 Women, Angels 4 Impact, CBA — Amici del Club — and Doorway.

    Her investments focus on Italy, from pre-seed to Series A, with particular attention to technology, innovation and impact. To date, she has invested in 14 startups.

    Cristina is an engineer, graduated with honors from Politecnico di Milano with an experimental thesis in AI, and is registered with the Order of Engineers of Turin. She also holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi in Milan, as well as a Master’s degree in Executive, Corporate and Business Coaching from SCOA in Milan. She is a business coach certified by the WABC, the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches.

    Born in Milan and adopted by Turin, she lives and works between Milan and Turin. She plays golf, as a member of B.A.G.A., skis, and has visited more than 80 countries across five continents.
