Fabio Candeli

Active in the banking and financial sector for 30 years, he graduated in Economics from the University of Turin in 1995 and has been a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) since 2000. He worked in London at BZW and then at Credit Suisse First Boston as an equity analyst covering European banks. In 2003 he joined Capitalia as head of Planning and Management Control, later becoming head of the Commercial Banks and a member of the Management Committee. From 2009 to 2025 he held the role of Chief Executive Officer of Banca Profilo, a listed bank controlled by the Sator Private Equity fund and active in private and investment banking. During this period he developed a corporate venture activity for the bank, promoting partnerships and investments in several fintech companies. He is active in the innovation and alternative investment ecosystem.
