Fabrizio Mantegazza

Fabrizio Mantegazza is Head of Organization, Processes and Compensation at Leonardo, with a professional background spanning corporate finance, strategy consulting and organizational transformation.

He holds a degree in Corporate Finance from Luiss University and an MBA from London Business School.

He began his career in 2012 at McKinsey, where he mainly worked with clients in advanced industries, supporting them on projects related to procurement, transformation and organization.

In 2019, he joined Leonardo as Transformation Manager. Since 2021, he has held several roles within the Group’s People & Organisation function and is currently responsible for Organization, Processes and Compensation at Group level.
