Giacomo Calef

Giacomo Calef holds a degree in Economics and Management of Financial Institutions and Markets from Bocconi University and a Global Executive MBA from IESE Business School.

He has over twenty years of experience in wealth management, capital markets and strategic advisory for entrepreneurial families. After professional experiences at Merrill Lynch International Bank, Banca Albertini Syz and Azimut, he served for eight years as Country Manager Italy at NS Partners, an international boutique specialized in liquid markets, hedge funds and private markets.

He is currently Founding Partner of RHEOS Partners, an independent multi-family office and corporate advisory platform active in strategic capital allocation, public and private markets, and extraordinary transactions.

Alongside his professional activity, he invests in startups and venture capital as an angel investor, with a focus on innovation, technology and scalable business models. He also completed an executive program in Private Equity and Venture Capital at Harvard Business School.

He regularly comments on markets and investments for Italian financial media.
