Giulia Escurolle

A lawyer who graduated with honours and distinction from the University of Turin, where she earned a PhD in Criminal Law, she has gained in-depth experience in corporate compliance and corporate criminal law. She is currently a Partner at Studio Legale KEMP, where she works on data protection, artificial intelligence and corporate compliance, supporting companies in developing organisational models and promoting good governance practices.

Author of numerous publications and scientific contributions, she is a speaker at national and international conferences and a trainer for bodies, institutions and companies. She is also Adjunct Professor of Computer Criminal Law at the Politecnico di Milano and serves as Supervisory Body and Data Protection Officer for several public and private sector organisations.
