Guido Lageard
A graduate in Law from the University of Turin, he began his professional career in criminal law working with the family law firm, Studio Lageard in Turin. He deals mainly with matters relating to health and safety at work, environmental offences, corporate and tax offences, offences against the Public Administration and the administrative liability of entities, as well as issues relating to corporate organisation and governance.
As part of his training, he completed an internship at Studio JustLex in Luxembourg, working alongside Avv. Antonello Senes on matters of banking and financial law, investment funds, Private Equity and capital markets.
He is a member of Club Italia and of Racing Club 19. Under the colours of the latter, after taking part in two editions of the Sanremo historic rally, he took part in the Mongol Rally, setting off from London in a 1987 Renault 4 and arriving in Ulan Bator 45 days later.
