Jörg Buchholz

Jörg Buchholz is a serial entrepreneur, investor and board member with more than 30 years of international experience across mobility, health tech and technology-driven businesses.

He has lived and worked in Europe, the United States and China, developing strong cross-border expertise in technology investments, M&A, value creation and business scaling. Over the course of his career, he has led numerous investments, acquisitions, IPOs and successful exits, as well as post-merger integration and scale-up initiatives.

Jörg has held senior leadership roles in global organizations including Magna International, Ford Motor Company, BMW, Lear Corporation and Ascend Capital Partners in Hong Kong.

As a board director, he supports venture-backed companies on strategic direction, governance, business development and partnership building, helping them navigate growth and international expansion.

He holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Munich University of Applied Sciences.
