Massimo Gippa

Graduated in Agricultural Sciences in Turin in 1985, then England (Oxford) from September 1985 to March 1986, where I obtained the two pilot licences for single- and twin-engine aircraft.
Back in Italy, I started working at the family company (REINOL), initially in production and then in sales.
In the early 1990s, after a first visit to China, I pushed the company to start penetrating that market, which within a few years proved to be one of the most important for our exports.
Since 2007 I have been CEO and majority shareholder.
