Michela Colli

Degree in Economics and Business in 1991 from the Università Cattolica in Milan, later becoming a chartered accountant and auditor.
First experiences with Deloitte & Touche and Studio Tremonti.

In 1995 I founded TWT, a startup active in Telecommunications, Internet and Cloud, holding top roles and leading its growth up to a turnover of about 100 million euros. I was the founder of other startups, including Voisoft, a software house dedicated to building platforms for the online sale of Voice and Internet services, TWTnet, a TLC support services company, and real estate companies.

In 2023 I successfully managed the sale of the TWT group to Unidata S.p.A., listed on the Italian Stock Exchange in Milan.

In January 2023 I founded Upperhand Srl and I am currently committed to developing my family office, with the aim of promoting innovation and supporting the new generation of entrepreneurs through strategic investments, providing not only capital but also guidance to support business growth.
