Nicola Bruno Belloni

Nicola Bruno Belloni was born in Castellanza, in the province of Varese, in 1981. He holds a degree in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.

He began his career at Capgemini and BTicino, gaining his first professional experience in lean manufacturing. In 2008, he joined ADEA S.r.l., the family business founded in 1933 and a leading company in the distribution of ingredients and additives for the Italian food industry.

Over the years, he has taken on roles of increasing responsibility, contributing to the company’s growth. Today, he continues to lead ADEA as a fourth-generation entrepreneur together with his sister Lucia.

Since 2023, he has also been responsible for managing the investments of the family holding company.
