Olivia Assereto

Olivia Assereto is a senior international executive with over 20 years of experience across pharmaceuticals, food & beverage and consumer sectors.

She currently serves as Associate Vice President, Immunology & Neuroscience Business Unit at Eli Lilly Japan. Previously, she held senior leadership roles at Lilly Germany, Lilly’s Global Alzheimer’s Disease Team and the International Business Unit, leading commercial strategy, product launches, business growth and organizational transformation across Europe, the U.S. and Asia.

Before joining Lilly, Olivia worked at Lavazza in Italy and Germany and gained entrepreneurial and consulting experience with startup projects in Italy and Vietnam.

She holds an MBA from IMD Lausanne, a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Turin and a Diplôme de Grande École / MSc from ESCP-EAP. She is fluent in Italian, English, French and German.
