Olivia Burgio

Olivia Burgio is an entrepreneur and venture capital professional based in London. Half French and half Italian, she was born and raised in Spain, developing an international profile from an early stage.

She holds a degree in International Management and Finance from Bocconi University and an MSc from London Business School.

Olivia began her career at BCG. In 2018, she co-founded EatsReady, the first Italian startup offering a digital solution for meal vouchers, which was sold to Coverflex in 2022.

Following the acquisition, she contributed to the integration of the two companies and, for one year, led the international expansion strategy, both organically and through M&A.

Today, Olivia works as Investment Manager in the venture capital fund of Edenred Group, with a focus on future of work and retail tech.
