Paolo Stropiccioli

Paolo Stropiccioli is a financial professional with international experience across audit, accounting, liquidity management and wealth management.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from LUISS Guido Carli University and a Master’s in Accounting, Financial Management and Control from Bocconi University. During his academic path, he also attended an exchange program at Mannheim Business School, further deepening his knowledge of finance, accounting and financial management.

He began his career at PwC in Milan as an Audit Intern in the Financial Services sector, working on the audit of financial institutions. He then moved to Switzerland, joining Education First as Financial Accountant, where he worked on accounting closings, bank reconciliations and period-end performance analysis.

Paolo later joined Credit Suisse as a Balance Sheet and Liquidity Management Analyst, monitoring key liquidity indicators such as LCR and NSFR, as well as Basel and FINMA regulatory requirements. He subsequently moved into Wealth Management, serving as Relationship Manager Associate for high-net-worth clients.

He currently works at UBS AG in Zurich as Client Manager, within the team dedicated to international Italian HNW and private clients.
