Ruggero Morandini

He has been an entrepreneur since 1976: first with SAPRI (Società Attività Promozionali Rappresentanza Industriali) and then, from 1993, with INCOS, a company from the Veneto region specialised in building rotary moulds for automotive lighting. From 2001, alongside the moulds, development began on hot runner systems supporting the moulds. In 2006 the globalisation phase of Inglass began, a company that in 2020 reached a turnover of more than €125 million and over 1,000 employees.
