Stefano A. Cerrato

Stefano A. Cerrato, a law graduate with a Ph.D. from Bocconi, is full professor of commercial law at the University of Turin; he has published over 150 works and deals mainly with civil and corporate law, arbitration, the internationalisation of companies, business network contracts, trademarks and “made in”. He is also a lawyer qualified before the Court of Cassation, with offices in Turin, Milan and Rome. In 2013 the President of the Republic awarded him the honour of Knight of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic for merits in legal and historical research. Since 2016 he has been investing in innovative startups, with a particular interest in those in the technology sector.
