Vincent Murphy

Vincent Murphy is an entrepreneur, investor, advisor and board member with over 30 years of managerial and entrepreneurial experience.

He has completed two successful exits as Founder and CEO to multinational organizations and now supports the growth of innovative ventures by working closely with startups and scaleups. His expertise spans P&L management, operations, human capital management and organizational growth.

Vincent is currently Venture Partner at IH1 and Hodl Venture Partners, where he works alongside investment and startup teams to support high-potential companies. He focuses on helping founders build sustainable businesses, combining strategic vision, operational discipline and a strong orientation toward measurable outcomes.

He is also a certified Executive Business Coach and Mentor, bringing together entrepreneurial experience, leadership development and a deep interest in technological innovation.

Vincent studied at Oxford Brookes University and further developed his management and leadership background through programs at Accademia di Comunicazione, SDA Bocconi and the ILM Institute of Leadership and Management.
