Vittorio Salvadori di Wiesenhoff

Vittorio Salvadori di Wiesenhoff graduated with honours in Business Administration from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi and is registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan.
Since 2015 he has been a partner of K&L Gates, an international law firm, after gaining 13 years of experience at Freshfields, where he became a partner in 2006.
His areas of specialisation include M&A transactions, private equity, structured finance and financial taxation. He is a member of the AIFI Tax & Legal Committee and of the Assoimmobiliare Tax Working Group.
Since April 2025 he has been Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Il Sole 24 Ore S.p.A.
